User Innovation and eGovernance Design a paper written on eGov's Public Grievnance and Redressal(PGR) Module wins the "Hidden Successes" award instituted by MIT (Massachusetts Inst of Technology, Cambridge) and IFMR(Inst for Finance and Management Research, Chennai). More than 250,000 complaints registered in 50 cities of Karnataka were studied by Dr. Jessica Wallack (Asst. Delhi - Sept 5th 2007 The New Delhi Municipal Council launched an accrual
based accounting system - eGov Financial System at Raj Niwas. The
system developed and implemented by eGovernments Foundation was launched by
Lieutenant-Governor Tejendra Khanna, Nandan Nilekani, NDMC chairman Parimal Rai
and Srikanth Nadhamuni, Managing Trustee, eGovernments Foundation. Currently the
eGov Financials system is powering more than 75 cities for better accounting and
improved financial disclosure.

Delhi - Jan 12th 2007 The Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh launched the
India Water Portal which is a
website to help and assist practitioners in the water sector. This internet
portal was implemented by the eGovernments Foundation for the
Arghyam Trust. The portal extensively uses
GIS and other multimedia technologies to help practisioners with metreological
data, water organization locator, case studies, discussion groups, news feeds

towns and hence the smoother delivery of services to its
